When you drop your child off at a day care, even when you’ve done your research to make sure it’s a licensed facility with caring staff, you can still find yourself crossing your fingers and hoping that your child will be properly cared for in your absence.
Victoria Delgado and her husband Francisco Rivas were hardworking parents to a little boy named Noah. Even though the couple loved their son deeply, they both worked outside of the home and had to take their 18-month-old to a day care facility in San Antonio, Texas.
One day when Francisco was picking up his son from the Eman Tot Academy day care, he noticed a couple of strange marks on Noah’s arms. Instead of taking him home, Francisco paused to ask one of the employees if they knew what happened to Noah’s arms as the strange marks resembled bite marks.
According to KENS 5 News, the employee confirmed that there were bite marks on Noah’s arms, but there was no incident report as the teacher who was with Noah earlier in the day at left early.
The news outlet reports that instead of making a big fuss, Francisco took his son home to get washed up and put some ice on the wounds. But when Victoria was in the bathroom with her son later that night, she discovered six more bite marks on his back and some of them even had broken the skin.
