3-Year-Old Toddler Unwraps All The Gifts Under Christmas Tree While Everyone’s Asleep

A 3-year-old boy was so excited for Christmas, that he couldn't wait for the rest of his family before seeing what was under the tree! On Christmas day, Scott Reintgen took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share a photo of a Christmas tree surrounded with unwrapped presents and wrapping paper strewn all over the floor.

"Yall. My three year old came down at 3am and unwrapped EVERYONE’S presents," he captioned the post. The dad then went on to share a video to explain the events from his son's side.

Apparently, the toddler “wanted to open all the presents so no one was confused” about what they had received. “That’s his story,” the father joked. “Just adding his explanation for why he opened everything! Also have to add: we’re not mad. He’s a good kid, and it’s a story we’ll tell for the rest of our lives.”

In an interview with NBC News, Scott explained, “He wanted us to be able to see our presents so we knew what they were. I think he legitimately just felt that he was doing a service to everyone. He will not do it again next year, we hope.”

People in the comments responded to the hilarious story.

"This will be a nice Christmas memory for generations of this family," one person commented. "It will be remembered long after the unwrapped presents are forgotten and thrown away."
