Family dynamics can be complicated. The Cyrus family is currently going through it. Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus divorced in 2022. Tish quickly moved on, marrying actor Dominic Purcell in August of the following year. Billy Ray followed suit and married Firerose, an Australian singer, in October.

Sources close to the situation commented about the family drama to Us Weekly. “Miley and Billy Ray are on the outs,” one source claimed. “Miley’s very close with her mom and is standing by her.” The source added that Billy has reached out several times.
Billy Ray and Tish have five children. Billy Ray adopted Brandi, 36, and Trace, 34, from Tish’s previous relationship. Billy Ray and Tish had Miley, 30, Braison, 29, and Noah, 24, together. Billy Ray also shares a son with Kristen Luckey, whom he dated before Tish, named Christopher Cody, 31.
Noah and Braison did not attend Tish’s wedding. “It’s no secret neither of them approves of Dominic, and that’s created tension with their mom,” a second source stated. This has also caused tension in Noah and Miley’s relationship. Miley, Trace, and Brandi did attend their mom’s big day.

It is unknown which of Billy Ray’s children were present at his wedding.
