It is an extreme relief to get to the point in your life when you’ve finally escaped your ex and any ties with them. For normal people out in society, it’s a little easier to move on than it is for celebrities, especially if their exes are celebrities as well.

In September 2019, Demi Moore’s memoir Inside Out was released. Even though her ex-husband Ashton Kutcher likes to keep his life and his family's life on the down-low, he admitted in a feature with Esquire that the book's release affected his family.
He said, “I’d finally gotten to a place where the press had really laid off me and my wife Mila and my life and my family, and then the next day the paparazzi are at my kids’ school.”
In Demi’s memoir, she was not afraid to release information about the couple's past relationship that could be considered very private. She talked about two threesomes she and Ashton had, and she also accused him of influencing her relapse.
When Demi met Ashton, she was already a mother of three kids, whom she had with ex-husband Bruce Willis. Ashton and Demi did try to have more kids when they were together, but Demi suffered a miscarriage at six months pregnant.
The couple got married in 2005, separated in 2011, and officially settled their divorce two years later. Ashton claims that when he got divorced from Demi, it felt like a failure. “Nothing makes you feel like a failure like divorce. You failed at marriage.”

In 2013, Ashton started dating former costar Mila Kunis. They got engaged two years later and got married in 2015. When Ashton talks about Mila, you can sense how much he loves her. “The thing about Mila that made our relationship accelerate was that I had always admired her. Her talent, her skills, her gifts.”
The two of them have two kids together: daughter Wyatt Isabelle, who was born in 2014, and son Dimitri Portwood, who was born in 2016. Even though all eyes were on Ashton again after Demi’s book release, he did not want to open any doors to unneeded drama.
