Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Dr. Priscilla Chan prefer to keep their family out of the limelight. On Tuesday May 14, 2024, the public got a rare look at their three daughters, Maxima, 8, August, 6, and Aurelia, 13 months. This was in honor of the Facebook founder's milestone 40th birthday.
Mark normally doesn’t like a big fuss over the day but because it was a big one he let Priscilla throw him a party. The girls were present for the festivities. It was a family affair.
Mark took to Instagram to share the love. "Grateful for my first 40 years! Priscilla threw me a little party and recreated a bunch of places I lived in the early days," he captioned the carousel of photos. It was especially touching for him to share the recreation of his childhood room with his girls.
Priscilla also marked the occasion on Instagram. “Mark doesn't usually let me go big for his birthday but for his 40th I was allowed to throw a bash as long our friends and family also roasted him. We all had a blast! Let’s just say that no one suffered from a lack of material!” she wrote. She also got mushy and added “one of my favorite things about Mark is how he really, truly believes in people.”
