The actress was seen in New York in April and early May promoting her upcoming movie Atlas and filming Kiss of the Spiderwoman. She also prepared for the 2024 Met Gala, which she served as co-chair for and attended without her husband.
Ben has been on the West Coast filming The Accountant 2. He also attended the Roast of Tom Brady without his wife.
While speculation that the couple was headed for divorce piled up quickly, the two reunited publicly on Sunday May 19, 2024. They were seen attending a movie event at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica, California. After, they made their way to Soho House.

A source close to the couple says that Ben has been “house-hunting” in Los Angeles and is currently living in a home in Brentwood, California, separate from Jennifer. She was also spotted looking at a house, but another sources says she was only searching for an investment property.
