General Hospital actress Haley Pullos has been sentenced for her DUI and wrong-way crash that occurred in 2023. The 26-year-old actress, who began appearing on General Hospital when she was 10 years old, drove the wrong way on a freeway in Pasadena, California in April 2023, causing her to crash into an an oncoming car. She and the other driver were both injured and hospitalized. In April 2024, Haley surrendered herself to 90 days in jail, per Entertainment Weekly.
Now, after three months in jail, she has been sentenced to five years of probation.
In addition, Haley was sentenced to 200 hours of community service, and was ordered to pay more than $8,000 in restitution to the other driver in the crash, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Her attorney, Dan Melnick, told People that Haley is also required to participate in an alcohol treatment program and private counseling.
“Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and continuing private counseling,” the attorney told People.
After the crash, Haley was charged with one felony count of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08% blood alcohol content causing injury, and one count of misdemeanor hit-and-run driving resulting in property damage, per Entertainment Weekly.

At the time, she reportedly pleaded not guilty, per People. She has not appeared on General Hospital since the crash happened. Holiday Mia Kriegel has been filling in for her as Molly Lansing-Davis on the soap opera since May 2023.
