Prince Andrew Allegedly Emailed Jeffrey Epstein Saying ‘We’ll Play Some More Soon’

Months after Prince Andrew claimed he had cut ties with Jeffrey Epstein, he allegedly sent him a pretty friendly email. The 65-year-old has long caused problems for the royal family due to his scandals, like his involvement with Epstein and his more recent connection to an alleged Chinese spy. Recent reports from The Mail and The Sun have exacerbated the problem.

According to the publications, the Duke of York allegedly remained in contact with Epstein even after he claimed to have severed ties with the convicted sex offender. He previously told the BBC that he stopped talking to Epstein in December 2010 after meeting up with him. But the recent reports allege that he sent an email to Epstein in February 2011.

Aside from the fact that he was seemingly dishonest about cutting ties with Epstein, the actual messages he wrote are pretty unsettling. In 2011, just after an image of Prince Andrew with his arm around Virginia Giuffre when she was a teenager was published, Andrew allegedly wrote to Epstein to say, “We are in this together.”

The email also read, “I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me!” This correspondence didn’t seem to signify the end of their relationship either, as Andrew reportedly added, “Otherwise keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!”

Giuffre, who died in April 2025, previously accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager. Andrew has denied these allegations, and even told the BBC in 2019 that he had “no recollection of ever meeting” her (in spite of the photo that shows them together).

At this point, King Charles, who is Andrew’s older brother, reportedly doesn’t know what to do about all of his younger brother’s scandals. A source told The Telegraph that “there’s nothing else left” to do. And according to the BBC, Charles has tried to put pressure on his controversial brother in other ways.

Last year, Andrew was not invited to Christmas in Sandringham, the royals’ annual Christmas celebration, because of his alleged involvement with a Chinese spy. Royal sources predict that he will not get an invitation this year either.
