Beauty routines can get very tiresome.
Wearing your hair the same way or wearing the same kind of clothes so often can get boring. But if you want to change up your style, it's not as easy as just heading over to the store and picking out a new look.
Luckily, for the folks who need a little help when it comes to making some changes in their appearance, hairstylist Louis Licari and Today contributor Jill Martin are ready to help out Today viewers!
Connor jumped up and down and shouted "please" to get attention on the Today plaza for his grandma. During the "Ambush Makeover" segment, they look for women who are willing to get a makeover and Connor wanted his grandma to get one!
And not in a mean way at all! Connor was supporting his grandma, who had been talking about this trip to Today all summer.
Grandma Jean gets her makeover, but before they show her what she looks like, they make the big reveal to her daughter Crystal and her grandson Cooper. Crystal is so overwhelmed, she starts crying when she sees her mom!
But the most surprised person is Jean. She doesn't actually believe that is her!
