Holiday Hash: Turn Your Thanksgiving Leftovers Into A Mouth-Watering Brunch!

We all know that the best thing about Thanksgiving is that it doesn't end when the meal is over!

That's because, more often than not, you're left with a whole heap of leftovers to savor and enjoy for days to come.

Whether you like to keep it classic with a leftover turkey-and-cranberry sandwich, or you prefer to kick things up a notch with something more involved — like these Leftover Stuffing Bombs — there's a post-Turkey Day option for everyone.

But at the moment, our very favorite option is a delicious variation on the leftovers theme that  transforms your day-old turkey and stuffing into the ultimate breakfast.

After a long day of feasting, people may take a while to get up in the morning on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

That's the perfect opportunity to surprise your guests with an awesome continuation of the harvest festival fun!

And, if you're hosting a lot of guests this season, we can't imagine a better way to make tuckered-out college students and energetic grandkids alike feel extra-thankful!
