With the holidays just around the corner, many of us are scrambling to do some last-minute shopping. Unfortunately, while we're running around from place to place, we forget that there are still many others who are struggling simply to pay the bills.
One such individual is Sarah Clark. This season, she's in a bit of a bind: she's one month away from her due date, and she is the only breadwinner in her family at the moment, as her fiancé is scheduled to undergo knee surgery.
Yet, she is still on her feet as much as possible while working as a waitress.
A customer who also happens to be pregnant, has returned to the restaurant several times. Together, they talked about their experiences, and Sarah let it slip that she has been struggling to pay the bills.
The same customer returned again recently to pick up an order. When she left, she jotted down a short, sweet note for the mom-to-be, and left her a hefty tip just in time for the holidays!
On a $61 bill, the woman added a $900 tip. Sarah could barely believe her luck, and cried upon seeing the generous gift.
The customer's note read: "This is God's money. He gave it to us so we could give it to you."
What an unbelievable gift to receive in her time of need. Sarah couldn't even thank the stranger, but wants her to know how appreciative she is!
