You might think that polar bears mix very well with icy situations, but apparently that isn't true for this polar bear.
This polar bear mascot for White Bears Mitsubishi of White Bear Lake, MN, tried to film a 90-second commercial with another furry friend, the mascot for the University of Minnesota. Then things got out of hand.
As seen in the clip below, the two mascots and the car dealership's owner are walking on the ice, seemingly having a casual conversation. The focus immediately shifts from the cars to the polar bear.
The poor person under the suit is not used to walking on ice! I don't blame them, as there is a reason that hockey players wear skates when they play!
Not to laugh at a man down, but this polar bear just can't keep it together. Through multiple takes, the poor bear falls over again and again! You'd think after the tenth or so fall, they'd have gotten this polar bear a little sled to be pulled around on! I give this mascot a lot of credit for getting back up, since it's pretty hard to stand after falling on ice!
You might think this is a little embarrassing, but maybe it's just very clever marketing, as now everyone knows this polar bear and the car dealership he represents!
