Smoked Paprika Chicken Salad with Roasted Peppers and Cashews

Ingredients
- Breast meat from one rotisserie chicken, diced
- Mayonnaise
- Smoked Spanish paprika
- Roasted cashews, chopped
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Roasted red peppers, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir mayo, paprika, cashews, garlic and red peppers until fully combined.
- Add salt to taste, then fold in the diced chicken breast.
