Virtual reality is semi-new phenomenon that technologically transports viewers to different worlds.
By way of headsets that cover the eyes, virtual reality (or VR) is like a teeny tiny immersive television that allows the wearer to temporarily walk around in a different world.
This cool concept is still in its infancy, but there are plenty of people out there that now own these headsets, which have an array of worlds or scenarios to explore.
This cool form of escapism can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a little stressful, depending on how real it all looks.
One poor grandmother learned this the hard way when she tested out a headset for the first time.
The virtual reality she experienced was a roller coaster ride, which may sound fun or terrifying depending on how you feel about heights.
It starts out hesitantly excited, but then it begins to dip and drop. Then it's all downhill from there, so to speak.
These headsets are clearly not for the faint of heart or for those who fear heights — even if those heights aren't technically real!
Check below see this grandma's reaction: she looks like she's having a fright, but she's eventually brought back to reality!
