Breakfast is not just the most important meal of the day — it's often the most delicious! At least, it definitely will be if you try out any of these mouth-watering Crock-Pot breakfast recipes we found across the web.
I know I was craving many of these amazing recipes as I stumbled upon them. In fact, I'm not sure I can wait for the morning and might whip up one for my dinner tonight.
Plus, they're all super easy to put together. Most of these can be made by simply tossing all of the ingredients into the Crock-Pot, or using only one extra bowl. My favorites are probably the ones you can set overnight and wake up to their wonderful aromas!

1. Blueberry Breakfast Crumble
Who wouldn't be happy to wake up to this sweet recipe?
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps. melted butter
1 cup slow-cooking oats
1 cup uncooked porridge
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Mix everything but your blueberries and walnuts together in the pot, then fold them into the mixture. Cover and cook on low for at least 3 hours or 1 1/2 hours on high.
2. Hash Brown Casserole
According to Stock Piling Moms, this recipe is just as good as the kind you find at Cracker Barrel but without having to leave your house to get it!
Ingredients:
1 bag frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Mix together your hash browns, sour cream, soup, onion, shredded cheese, and melted butter in a greased Crock-Pot. Add salt and pepper to taste, then cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
3. Banana Bread
No bread maker? No problem!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 medium mashed bananas
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts
Instructions:
Add butter, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl and mix well, then stir in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the flour one cup at a time. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts, then pour into greased Crock-Pot. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low.
4. Peaches And Cream Overnight Oatmeal
You will never go back to the instant package after trying one bite of this homemade version.
Ingredients:
2-3 sliced peaches
1/2 cup brown sugar
2-3 tsps. cinnamon
1 cup steel-cut slow oats
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsps. whipped cream cheese
Instructions:
Put a large, heat-safe bowl in your Crock-Pot, then mix together the peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the oats, milk, water, and vanilla and spread the cream cheese on top. Add water in the pot outside of the bowl until it reaches about halfway. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Mediterranean Quiche
The spinach and feta in this recipe make it the perfect way to start your day off with a savory flavor.
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 cup pancake mix
2 cups chopped spinach
1 cup feta
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package chopped sausage links
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Whisk together egg whites, eggs, pancake mix, and milk, then pour into greased Crock-Pot. Stir in the spinach, feta, mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic, and sausage until completely mixed. Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours, or 5 1/2 hours on low.
6. French Toast Casserole
This scrumptious twist on the breakfast classic is sure to make the whole family smile.
Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsps. cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
Slice the French loaves into cubes and place in a large bowl. Beat together your eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a separate bowl, then pour over your bread cubes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Mix together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour the bread mixture into your greased Crock-Pot, then crumble the brown sugar mixture on top. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, or on high for about 2 hours.
7. Apple Pie Porridge
If this recipe had been the porridge Goldilocks found in the Three Bears' home, she wouldn't have cared what temperature it was!
Ingredients:
5 medium cubed apples
15 large pitted dates
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
4 Tbsps. orange juice
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut milk
2 1/2 cups water
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients into a greased pot and mix well. Cook on a low heat for about 8 hours and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
8. Veggie Omelette
You can totally toss in any of your other favorite vegetables for this amazing omelette, too.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 cup broccoli florets
1 sliced red bell pepper
1 chopped small yellow onion
1 minced garlic clove
Sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Use an egg beater to combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder in a bowl until fully combined. Add broccoli florets, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the Crock-Pot and then pour egg mixture over. Cook on high for 2 hours or until eggs are set. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
9. Oatmeal-Raisin Loaf
I'm used to seeing this as cookies, but this version sounds like a dream come true.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter divided
1 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 cup applesauce
3 tsps. cinnamon divided
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Mix everything but the oats and brown sugar, then pour the batter into your greased Crock-Pot. Add your remaining ingredients on top, then cover and cook on high for 1 or 2 hours, until heated throughout.
10. Cranberry Orange Roll Bake
You can probably use fresh oranges or orange juice on ordinary pastry dough if you can't find the premade kind at your store that's listed in this recipe.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 12 oz. unbaked orange flavored roll dough
1/4 cup cranberries
Instructions:
Mix everything but the orange rolls in the greased pot, then quarter the unbaked dough and add to the mixture. Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours or until the sides are a golden brown.
11. Southwest Breakfast Casserole
This combines two of my favorite things: tater tots and a kick of spice!
Ingredients:
8.3 oz. package mini-smoked sausage links
4 cups thawed frozen tater tots
16 oz. jar salsa
2 cups shredded Colby Jack and Monterey Jack cheese
6 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Slice the links in half and brown on a skillet, then slice into even smaller, bite-size pieces. Add the thawed tots to your greased pot, then layer the sausage with half of your cheese and pour the eggs over the whole thing. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then add the rest of your cheese. Cover and cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
12. Biscuits And Gravy Bake
Just when you thought nothing could be better than good old fashioned biscuits and gravy, this recipe takes it up a notch.
Ingredients:
16 oz. can of biscuit dough
8 eggs
1 lb. of sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 Tbsps. butter
5 Tbsps. flour
2 1/4 cups milk
Salt and pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Brown your sausage in a skillet and drain the fat. Line the bottom of your Crock-Pot with the biscuit dough, then layer the sausage and cheese on top. Whisk together the eggs, 3/4 cup of the milk, salt and pepper to taste, and dash of cayenne pepper, then pour over the layers and refrigerate overnight.
Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in the flour, then add salt and pepper to taste. Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups of milk until the gravy thickens to your preference. Allow to cool down before pouring over the biscuit mixture, then cover and bake on high until cheese is golden brown.
13. Italian Baked Eggs
No need to wait for a spaghetti dinner when you can have the tastes of Italy first thing in the morning.
Ingredients:
1 package hash browns
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 diced onion
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Instructions:
Grease your Crock-Pot and layer the hash browns, sausage, onion, peppers, and cheese, repeating until you're at the top, then add more cheese. Whisk the eggs, milk, and seasoning in another bowl, then pour over the Crock-Pot mixture and cook on low for 10 hours.
