Aaron And Nick Carter’s Mom Arrested On Battery Charges After Domestic Fight About The TV

The mother of the late Aaron Carter and brother Nick Carter has been arrested and charged with battery after an alleged fight. Jane Schneck reportedly got into an altercation with her husband. And can you just guess what it was about? The volume of the television.

Schneck was charged with one count of battery and held at the Hernando County Detention Center in Florida. She posted a $100 bond and was released Saturday morning.

According to law enforcement, Schneck had been drinking before the altercation took place. The volume of the TV bothered her husband. A confrontation over the remote control reportedly led to the physical altercation.

Her husband called the police. Upon arriving, they obtained a video from his phone of the altercation and arrested Schneck.

This is not the first battery charge Schneck has had, though. In 2004, then known as Jane Carter, she was arrested for an alleged attack on her estranged husband's girlfriend.

Schneck reportedly used a rock to break a window, then made her way to the bedroom. A report specifies that she dragged the girlfriend out of the bed by her hair and hit her with a remote control.

Aaron Carter was 16 at the time. He and his mom had also just resolved a personal and financial dispute that they'd had.

Schneck had been Aaron's manager since he was about 6 years old. During the dispute, Aaron claimed that she withdrew over $100,000 from his bank without permission.

Schneck has also blamed Aaron's fiancé, Melanie, for his death. She also believed that the police missed clues in the photos surrounding the death.
