Adele Had One Rule When She Bought Sylvester Stallone’s Home: She Wanted His Rocky Statue

Sylvester Stallone recently shared that Adele had one stipulation set in stone for buying his Los Angeles mansion: the Rocky statue had to stay. The statue, based on his hit 1976 film, is installed near the pool. Though the 76-year-old actor had every intention on taking it with him, Adele would not budge, and so the statue remained.

“She said, 'That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the whole deal,'” Sylvester explained. “She wanted the statue.”

Once he agreed to leave the statue, Adele purchased the mansion for $58 million. It has eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, and the singer has been adding her own touch over the last year by making renovations. "I like what she’s doing, she’s making it gorgeous," Sylvester shared.
