William Shakespeare once said, “The path to true love never did run smooth.” Bill Hader and Ali Wong know something about this. In April 2022, Ali divorced husband Justin Hakuta after being married for eight years. In June 2022, Bill Hader and Anna Kendrick broke up after almost two years together.
Then Bill and Ali dated briefly in December 2022. The comedic couple reportedly broke up because of scheduling conflicts but remained on good terms. Bill let it slip in a recent interview with Collider that he had a girlfriend. Turns out he and Ali are back together again.
“My girlfriend and I were just figuring out that I haven’t had a vacation in 10 years. I went with her to San Francisco, but that doesn’t really count. So, I’m going to have a vacation,” Bill stated in his Collider interview. He did not name his girlfriend.
Page Six reached out to Bill to get to the bottom of this situation. Bill’s reps confirmed to the outlet that he was referring to Ali. They are officially back together.

Ali is a mother of two daughters, whom she shares with her ex-husband Justin. Mari is 7 years old, and Nikki is 5. Ali and Justin remain “best friends. We've been through so much together. It's a very unconventional divorce,” Ali told Vanity Fair. No word yet on how Bill feels about potentially becoming a stepparent.
