It’s been nearly 30 years since Brad Pitt was voted People’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” but similar to fine wine, he’s just gotten better with age. With the success of Bullet Train and the upcoming Babylon, directed by Oscar winner Damien Chazelle, Brad Pitt’s career is certainly as hot as ever.
There’s something to be said about a handsome man in Hollywood who not only appreciates but can proudly call out those around him who are easy on the eyes. It can show that maybe they aren’t someone who is all about the often-inflated actor’s ego but might also be the kind of individual who enjoys building others up. We can hope that, anyway.
In an interview with Vogue, Brad sat down and was asked to name who he considers to be the most handsome men in the world, past and present.
“You know, in the acting world, because that’s my day job, the media go-to is Paul Newman because he aged so gracefully,” Brad explains of his first pick while wearing an eye-catching purple suit.
Brad goes on to note that throughout his career Paul was known to be someone who was very “special” and filled with warmth.
For his other pick, Brad quickly decided on someone we all know and love, George Clooney. Brad and George have worked on six films together, including the popular Ocean’s 11 franchise. The two have been known to have quite a jestful relationship.
“Because usually I’m always taking him out and he’s usually taking me out, and I’m going to go the other way. Just this once,” Brad explains with a smile.
