Casey Wilson is calling out one of her former costars, and she's not holding back. On the most recent episode of her podcast [Expletive] Session, the 43-year-old actress said that working with Tim Allen on set for his Disney+ series The Santa Clauses was a horrible experience. Matter of fact, in her own words, she deemed it "the truly single worst experience I’ve ever had with a costar ever.” Casey was a guest star on the show's pilot episode, which debuted in November 2022. “Tim Allen was such a [expletive]," she said.
According to the actress, she initially didn't share about her experience due to one of the producers being a good friend of hers and because her own kids really loved the Santa Clause movies. Tim has three former films, The Santa Clause (1994), The Santa Clause 2 (2002), and The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause (2006).
“So I’m in a scene. It’s just me and Tim Allen and I’m supposed to throw things at him,” Casey explained. “I think he’s a burglar. So he’s coming down the chimney, obviously as Santa, and I am woken up thinking there’s an intruder, basically like a home invasion scene. So I’m throwing things at him. [He] goes over to the producer who is standing 4 feet from me and goes, and I hear him, he goes, ‘You gotta tell her to stop stepping on my lines.’ The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk 1 foot to me and he goes, ‘Um, Tim would ask that you stop stepping on his lines.’”

The actress then said that everyone walked on eggshells around Tim on set. “When he was done, he was so [expletive] rude. Never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so uncomfortable.” She went on to share that one of the crew members told her, "You're seeing him on a good day."
