Fasten your seat belts. Paris Hilton paid homage to Britney Spears this year. She dressed up as the flight attendant from Britney’s "Toxic" music video. Lizzo remembered the late Tina Turner, whom we lost this year. She was simply the best.

Justin Bieber’s Halloween costumes were less on point than his other celebrity friends. He sported pink board shorts and an open Hawaiian shirt accessorized with snorkel and fins. One can only assume he was a scuba diver. In a second attempt, he was Bam Bam from The Flintstones, while his wife Hailey Bieber dressed up as Pebbles.
