David Hasselhoff’s Eldest Daughter Speaks Out After Losing Her Mom Pamela Bach

Actress Pamela Bach, who was previously married to David Hasselhoff, died on March 5, 2025 at the age of 61. A day later, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office confirmed that Pamela died by suicide. Pamela and David share two daughters, Taylor Ann Hasselhoff and Hayley Hasselhoff.

On Wednesday, March 12, their eldest daughter, Taylor, 34, took to Instagram to address her mother’s tragic death. “I’d do anything in the world to hug you again, my forever angel,” Taylor wrote via her Instagram Stories. “You are my best friend, my whole heart, my everything.”

In the same post, Taylor also promised to honor her mother and look out for her younger sister, Hayley. Additionally, she said she would continue to tell her 7-month-old daughter, London, stories about her grandmother. “I promise to make you proud & celebrate you everyday,” Taylor wrote. “London will know all about how incredible you are & I promise I will protect Hayley forever.”

David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach became grandparents in August 2024 when Taylor and her husband, Madison Fiore, welcomed their first child.

At the end of her post, Taylor added that the pain of losing her mother is “unbearable.” However, she is choosing to remain strong. “Mama, I love you so much,” she wrote. “The pain is unbearable but I will be strong for you & hold onto your memory until we meet again, my beautiful.”

The following day, Hayley penned a message to her mother and shared it via her Instagram Stories as well. In her emotional message, Hayley wrote, “My heart is shattered, yet somehow feels whole knowing you will always be my best friend, my heart, and my whole world.”

Hayley went on to say that “mornings are the hardest because I would run to my phone to dial you the second I’d wake up, no matter the time, no matter where I was in the world.”

“You were always there,” she added.

In a statement published on March 12, a publicist for Taylor and Hayley told Deadline that the sisters are “heartbroken.” It also said the “unkind stories about their mother” that they’ve seen certainly are not helping them as they grieve.

“These actions only deepen their pain and complicate an already difficult time,” the publicist said on behalf of Taylor and Hayley. “The family is requesting that such misinformation cease, and that respect be shown for the memory of their mother.”
