Divorce Filing Reveals Denise Richards’ Crazy Spending Of More Than 100K Every Month

It appears as though Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers have had a change of heart when it comes to divorce. Previously, Denise and Aaron said they would never get divorced, even if they grew to hate each other. But on July 7, 2025, Aaron officially filed for divorce after six years of marriage. Through his divorce filing, some surprising details about the former couple’s lifestyle also came to light.

In his filing, Aaron listed their date of separation as July 4, 2025 and cited “irreconcilable differences.” According to Page Six, the filing also revealed that Denise and her now-estranged husband spend a whopping $105,000 per month. They’re reportedly able to afford such a lifestyle because of Denise’s OnlyFans account, brand deals, and TV appearances.

Denise and Aaron spent $18,000 per month on rent, according to the filing. In addition to that, they spent $8,000 on utilities, and $5,000 on cleaning services and laundry. A significant amount of their money seems to be spent on food and clothing. According to the Page Six report, the former couple had a habit of spending about $20,000 per month on clothes and $25,000 on food.

Aaron’s divorce filing comes just after the estranged couple starred alongside each other on Denise’s reality show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. A hypothetical divorce was even discussed on the show — but at the time, Denise and Aaron both insisted that it would never come to that.

During a March 2025 episode, Denise admitted that “it’s not easy being married” to her. Aaron agreed with this, but suggested that he would be with her forever. “I’m never getting divorced again,” Denise said at the time. “Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f—ing get divorced.”

Aaron appeared to agree with this, adding, “We’ll just have different homes or something. But we’re not gonna hate each other.”

A previous report suggested that Denise decided to move forward with the reality show for financial reasons. An insider previously told The U.S. Sun that Denise didn’t have any deep desire to share her story with the world — she just needed some extra money.

“The only reason she’s doing the reality show is the same reason she’s doing her OnlyFans — she needs the money,” the source claimed. Given how much she allegedly spends per month, it all makes sense now.
