Detective Cracks 7-Year-Old Case With Help Of Mysterious Stuffed Animals Sent To Orphans

As 47-year-old Detective Parker made his way to work one morning, he couldn’t help but feel frustrated not only by the traffic but by an unsolved work case that had been gnawing at him for years.

A father had died suspiciously in his own home and left two young children orphaned.

Detective Parker made his way back to the house where Mr. Harvey had mysteriously died seven years ago, and not much had changed. The deceased’s mother and his two children continued to reside in the home as they had no place to go, but it was actually Parker who paid the mortgage.

Parker came back on a routine basis to inspect the scene to see if he could come across anything new that might help solve the case.

That day, he went to find the kids at the nearby gravesite when 15-year-old Jason came storming toward the detective. He appeared to be frustrated to see the detective again and again without having any concrete information about what had happened to his father.

“Can you please stop sending us those silly toys? It’s annoying,” Rebecca, Mr. Harvey’s daughter, pleaded. Parker didn’t know what she talking about, though. He hadn’t been sending them toys over the years.

The kids went on to tell the detective that they had been receiving stuffed animals and toys every year on the anniversary of their father’s death. The detective asked to see the toys and decided to take a couple of them with him back to the office for a proper inspection.

Inside the shirt pocket of one of the teddy bears he found a ticket. Little did he know that this would help him finally crack the case.
