An Elf On The Shelf Gets Arrested After A Crazy Night Out Celebrating The Holidays

A newer holiday tradition is the Elf on the Shelf. These magical creatures show up during the holiday season to help Santa keep an eye on children. They report back on who is naughty and who is nice. Parents help make the magic by moving the elf daily. Some even go all out to give the creature daily activities.

One Indiana family’s elf, named Dumbledore, had an excess of holiday cheer. They broke out and had a crazy night out. Local police decided to step in and return them to mom Beth Baranski and her kids, Jax, Kash, Kane, and Jett.

Officer Lewis saved the day and made things jolly and bright by returning Dumbledore home. He did make him ride in the back of the police car, though, so he would learn his lesson. He asked the boys to identify the elf to make sure he was taking him to the right home.

“We had some fairies and Santa’s helpers drink a little too much eggnog, and they were causing some issues,” Officer Lewis explained. The boys were surprised and thrilled with Dumbledore’s antics. It was all caught on video.

Seems like these boys might need to keep an eye on Dumbledore, not the other way around. It is unknown if any formal charges will be brought against him. Santa knows because he sees you when you're sleeping and knows when you’re awake, which is even worse. Dumbledore might be on the naughty list this year.
