Tiger Woods Scores Major Win As Judge Rejects Ex-Girlfriend’s Bid To Overturn Signed NDA

Tiger Woods has scored a legal victory against ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. A judge in Florida has rejected Herman's attempt to nullify the 2017 nondisclosure agreement (NDA) that she agreed to with Woods while the two were together.

Judge Elizabeth Metzger commented, "Herman has had the opportunity (to) provide factual specificity for any claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment, however, she has not done so."

Judge Metzger went on to state that the NDA was negotiated in 2017 whether or not Herman actually signed it. Herman's legal team has recently raised concerns about whether or not the NDA is valid if her signature is not on it.

It's currently unknown if Herman's team plans to appeal the decision.

Herman launched her legal battle against Woods and the trust that owns his $54 million home in Florida at the beginning of 2023.

Herman's team had also argued that Woods sexually harassed her, but Judge Metzger stated that she does not have enough information to rule on that charge. Herman's lawyer has argued that he can't present evidence while the NDA is enforced.
