George W. Bush Shares The Sweetest Photo Of His New Grandson Edward Finn

Former President George W. Bush and wife Laura Bush have a lot to celebrate in their family! This week, George's daughter Barbara welcomed her second child into the world, and that means that this proud grandpa took to Instagram to introduce his newest grandchild, a baby boy named Edward Finn. Not only did he share the most precious photo of Edward and his parents, but he also wrote a sweet caption about the newest addition to their family.

On August 6, 2024, the former president shared a photo that was taken of baby Edward and mom Barbara and dad, actor Craig Coyne, all cuddled up together in the hospital after his birth, revealing that he'd been born on August 4.

"Welcome to the world, Edward Finn Coyne. @laurawbush and I are proud grandparents of our newest blessing, born on August 4 and lovingly named in honor of his great-grandfathers," he wrote.

Edward joins Barbara's older daughter, Cora Georgia, who will turn 3 in September.

Barbara tends to keep a lower profile than her twin sister, Jenna Bush Hager, who is the cohost of Today With Hoda & Jenna. But that didn't stop her family from proudly sharing this big milestone, which means her twin sister was among those who bragged about Edward's arrival online.

Alongside more photos of the little one — including a photo of the sisters together, holding Edward, Jenna shared that it had been love at first sight between her and her nephew.

"My sissy had a little mister and I fell madly in love with Edward Finn!" Jenna wrote in her caption.

George and Laura have their hands full when it comes to grandchildren. Along with Barbara's two children, Jenna has three children with husband Henry Hager: Mila, 11, Poppy, 8, and Hal, 4.

Here's hoping that we'll get an update on how the newest member of the Bush-Coyne family is doing soon. Welcome to the world, Edward Finn!
