It is so easy to become complacent with your hair. You just do what you always do. Perhaps you have other things that require your attention and your locks are low on the priority list.
This appeared to be the case for Libby Acker, a college student from Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Natalie Archibaque, a nurse and mom from Richmond, Virginia. Thankfully for these ladies, Today’s Ambush Makeover squad was happy to help. Louis Licari and Jill Martin were on the case.
Libby is on the pre-med track at Xavier University. She traveled to the Big Apple for spring break to cheer on the basketball team. She never wears makeup and hasn’t cut her hair since she was 14 years old. She warned her mom not to freak out about this makeover.
Natalie was also in NYC to see some college basketball. She hasn’t cut her hair in a long time. "I have to be a cool mom for these two boys," she mused. Her son thinks it's time for a new look.

Libby’s friends could not believe how different and how good she looked. One of her friends screamed with joy when she saw her. Natalie’s family was equally ecstatic. She had her hair cut and got highlights.
