Ivanka Trump’s Private Island Is Being Compared To Epstein Island

It might not be the best time to announce that a member of the Trump family is developing their own private island, but that’s what Ivanka Trump did in a video shared on X. The island, called Sazan Island, sounds like it won’t be unlike Jeffrey Epstein’s own island, Little Saint James, but in this case, it’s in the Trump family. How is that any different? No clue, but the jokes write themselves.

Truthfully, though, the islands have nothing to do with each other. It’s Ivanka’s timing and the Epstein Files of it all that have people comparing the two islands. It’s not every day that people speak openly about developing a private island for personal use, and because of Donald Trump’s connection to Epstein, people are comparing the islands already.

The island is pretty far from Little Saint James.

The island is on the other side of the world compared to where Little Saint James is in the Caribbean. But the idea of a billionaire taking an island and making a private home for herself is still pretty similar to Little Saint James, and the name Trump is aligned with Epstein whether the family wants that to be the case or not.

“I’m working on an incredible project with my husband in the Mediterranean. It’s massive in scale,” she says in the video, which is from a podcast interview. “It’s an unbelievable, beautiful 1,400 hectare private island in the middle of the Mediterranean.”

She explains that she discovered the island after going on a boating excursion with some friends. Her plan is to “fully integrate” the architecture that she chooses to use for the island. The island is totally uninhabited, mind you, do her plans involve taking an island full of natural growth and transforming it. Although she promises to maintain the island’s beauty, that’s a little hard for some people to believe.

People think the Albanian government might not let Ivanka Trump develop the island.

The post on X explains that “Albanians will not let @ediramaal and Ivanka steal their island.” The Sazan Island is part of Albania, but there is no word on officials in the country preventing Ivanka from getting her claws on the island for her own personal gain. The island was once a military base, but it’s unclear if Ivanka has any plans to utilize the island for that reason.

Someone commented in response to the post, “They want to flee the toxic food, biowarfare insects, and surveillance state dystopia hell they are building for everyone else. The private island with prebuilt tunnels is just a bonus.”

Another user wrote, “It’s home to flamingos, seals and sea turtles and they are going to build a resort on the once protected land. Hopefully Albania stops this s–t.”

“Epstein Island will be rebuilt in The Adriatic,” someone else declared in a comment under the post.

Donald Trump denied ever visiting Epstein’s island.

Although there are photos of Trump and Epstein together, and Trump’s name was on logs from Epstein’s private jet, Trump has denied that he ever visited or stayed on Little Saint James as a guest. But it does say something that Trump’s commerce secretary Howard Lutnick admitted that he and his family had lunch on the island with Epstein in 2012. According to the BBC, Lutnick openly admitted this.

“I did have lunch with him as I was on a boat going across on a family vacation,” he said in testimony on Capitol Hill. “My wife was with me, as were my four children and nannies … We had lunch on the island. That is true. For an hour.”

He was expected to resign, but had Trump’s support.
