Kourtney Kardashian Reacts To Son’s Instagram Launch After Previously Shutting It Down

Every parent gets to decide at what age they are going to allow their children on social media. For Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s son Mason Disick, 14, appears to be the lucky number. He launched his own personal Instagram account on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

This is the second time he has attempted to join the social media platform. His first attempt in 2020 when he was 10 years old was quickly shut down by his parents. They were not ready for him to have that kind of exposure. This time around he has his mom's apparent seal of approval as she shared his account in her stories.

"My first baby is on insta and I"m not OK," Kourtney wrote in her Instagram stories. By sharing his post, she also helped promote him. He already has over 600,000 followers and counting.

Kourtney was not the only Kardashian to comment on Mason’s new Instagram. His aunts, Khloé and Kim, made their opinions known in the comment section of his first post.

"I can't believe this is happening," Khloé wrote.

"You're really on Instagram," Kim chimed in.

Mason has already made three posts. While his follower count is high, he so far is only following eight accounts, mainly family. He is also limiting the comments allowed, which is smart. No one needs to listen to the mean keyboard warriors, especially as a teenager.
