Martha Stewart is letting everyone know she is the original queen of the thirst trap. Martha, who has been posting some pretty racy pics in recent years, reminded us of a stunning photo shoot from 1996.
She shared an image from the cover of Spy Magazine that featured the homemaking icon in the buff.
Martha was pretty thrilled to rediscover the cover and share it with her followers, writing, “do you remember this????? omg!!!” in the caption.
In the stunning photo, Martha channels Botticelli's Birth of Venus painting. She's sitting inside a giant shell with only her knees covering her chest. The image is simply stunning.

Fans obviously already know Martha is a smokeshow, even at 81. But they flocked to her Instagram comments to let her know she was looking fierce in the throwback.
"Martha! Spicy!" wrote Jennifer Garner, among dozens of other compliments.
Martha Stewart is really full of surprises, but it's not the first time we've seen her share some sexy images. In 2020, Martha shared a super-sexy pool selfie. The image really had people talking about how incredible she looked.
Martha seemed to revel in the attention she received for the photo and acknowledged it was definitely a thirst trap.
“[I] just thought I looked great coming out of the pool,” she said at the time. “My camera came on backwards, you know, selfie mode, and I looked so nice. The sun was on my face. I thought, ‘Oh, that looks pretty,’ so I took the picture. It looked good.”
Martha Stewart really seems to be enjoying the freedom that comes with getting older. And truly, it's refreshing to see her embracing her age in every way. She absolutely hasn't gotten closed off about sharing her beauty with the world, and it's lovely to see. Who knows, maybe we'll have another Martha Stewart nude photo to see in the future!
