Still, according to one woman on TikTok, a friend of hers is a former assistant to Melania Trump and she was able to spill some legitimate tea once upon a time.
According to the TikTok creator, the alleged former assistant to Melania worked with her during Donald Trump’s first term in the White House. But it was during that time when the alleged assistant revealed some details about Barron Trump and his relationship with each of his parents. Or, rather, his lack of a relationship with them.

In the video, the user explains that her sister’s friend is the reported former assistant to Melania. OK, so the degrees of separation are a little wild here, but if her claims are to be believed, then this is some serious tea about the dynamic between Barron and his parents, especially Melania. I don’t think anyone really assumed that Barron had a close relationship with his dad growing up, but most assumed that Melania cherished her baby boy.
“In one of my previous videos, I told you guys that she was able to get us in to do a private tour of the White House, which was amazing,” the TikTok creator says in her video. “She told me this particular thing about Barron while we were on the tour.”
She explains that she went on the impromptu tour and saw the Rose Garden outside of the Oval Office. She says that Trump has a direct view of the garden which, during his first presidency, had a much larger patch of grass and greenery.
“Barron likes to spend a lot of time out there,” the user says, of the assistant’s claims in reference to his activities as a kid during Trump’s first term in the White House. “Like, mostly he plays Fortnite, goes to school, and then he’ll, like, go out in this grassy area and, like, tap around a soccer ball or, you know, just do sports. He’s always trying to get his dad’s attention out there.”
She also claims that, during Barron’s childhood, he often tried to get his dad to spend time with him or play with him, but that Trump was too busy. She even says that Barron would “tap on the window of the Oval Office” to try and get Trump’s attention while he played outside on the lawn.
“She was like, it’s actually really sad. Like, he’s kind of a sad kid.,” she adds.
He also isn’t as close to Melania Trump as some might think.
Based on videos and photos that people have seen of Barron over the years, many assume that he has had a close relationship with Melania, despite any fractured bond with Trump. But, according to the TikTok user, Melania wasn’t as hands on with Barron as some might think.
The TikTok user says the assistant told her, “His mom’s not around a lot. Like, I’m constantly working with her. They both have very busy schedules that are very separate from one another, and they don’t make a lot of time for family time.”
She also says that “she described Barron’s general vibe as, like, really sad and depressed and lonely. He never had any kids or other friends, like, come to visit or play with him, but he was basically ignored and kind of taken care of by, like, one or two guys who managed his schedule and, I guess, essentially babysat him for four years.”
Yes, Barron’s accent is reportedly legitimate.

Oh yeah, that Slovenian accent from the now-infamous “sootcase” viral video of a very young Barron speaking with his mom? Apparently, that’s very real. So, even if Barron wasn’t around his mom as much as he grew into adolescence, apparently, he was around her enough to pick up her accent and the one that Melania’s mother had.
And, the TikToker says in her video, it’s an accent that Barron has “had to work very, very hard to cover up.”
