One of the more interesting aspects of public life is everyone is interested in your health. Although not required, presidents typically undergo a yearly physical and release the findings to the public. Ahead of the 2024 election former President Donald Trump is modeling this behavior.
In November 2023, Donald released a report from his doctor saying he is in excellent health and has lost weight. This caused many to speculate on how he managed this makeover and whether he used weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic. Turns out he might have just gotten some help from his wife Melania.
A source told Page Six that Donald has “dropped at least 30 pounds.” He is doing this the old-fashioned way and eating right. “People at the club say he’s eating healthier,” the source added.
Melania is encouraging this behavior. Donald is not “scarfing down ice cream sundaes or chocolate cake with two scoops of vanilla ice cream on it,” the source continued. He is avoiding the temptation of the Mar-a-Lago buffets.

The source also shut down any talk of weight-loss drugs calling the claims “pure speculation.” They insist Donald is losing weight. They admit though that the drugs are popular and everyone else in Palm Beach, Florida, is also “suddenly looking thinner.”
Donald received a glowing report in November 2023 from Dr. Bruce Aronwald. “I am pleased to report that President Trump’s overall health is excellent,” he stated. “Trump has reduced his weight through an improved diet and continued daily physical activity while maintaining a rigorous schedule.”
This is not the first time Donald’s weight has made headlines. In August 2023, he was booked in Georgia for allegedly working to overturn the 2020 election. He reportedly listed his weight as being 215 pounds, which came under fire. When he was booked in April in New York his weight was logged as 25 pounds heavier.
A second source backed up the first one’s claims. “He does lots of sport. He looks good,” the person claimed.
