According to local Hawaii news outlet KHON 2, Jubane and her longtime boyfriend, Bryan Llantero of Kalihi, a neighborhood in Honolulu County, Hawaii, got married on August 24, 2024. The newlyweds flew back to the Pacific Northwest, and Llantero stayed in Bremerton, Washington, with Jubane's family while she stayed at her apartment in Oregon because it was closer to her job.
Imelda Llantero, Jubane's mother-in-law, said her son is devastated. "I miss her. I'm so happy Bryan met her, I told Bryan to always love her. They were happy, very happy."
