It’s not easy living in the public eye. Everyone feels entitled to share their opinions. Paris Hilton let her inner mama bear out when negative comments appeared on her social media channels about the size of her 9-month-old son Phoenix Barron’s head. She was not having it.
Paris shares Phoenix with husband Carter Reum. He was welcomed into the world with the help of a surrogate and is their first child. Carter has a daughter named Evie from a previous relationship.
“There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain,” Paris responded.
Paris shared photos of Phoenix’s first trip to New York City. It was in these photos that many social media users decided to chime in about the size of his head.
“Man got a lot of thoughts up there,” wrote one cruel user.
Another chimed in with: “I heard this baby was created in a lab. And she didn’t carry it.”
“Pinky and the Brain remake…” commented another mean person.

Thankfully, Paris seems to take this kind of hate in her stride. She relies on her family for support through thick and thin. Her parents and sister love Phoenix as much as she does.
"[My parents] are just so obsessed with him," Paris stated. "I'm always calling my mom and my sister [Nicky Hilton] for advice, and I'm really lucky that I'm so close with my family, so I have such a big support group."
