It is a wonderful life. Some people have generous souls but prefer to remain out of the limelight. This is the case in Eastern Idaho where a secret Santa has teamed up with the local news director Nate Eaten to give away gifts.
This practice has been going on for nine years. Recipients get cashiers checks and sometimes even cars. In 2023, this kind man is spreading $1 million around the community. Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus.
It all began in 2013. The unknown man gave Nate $100,000 to give to people in need in the community. His generosity has only grown over the years.
Nate is the only one who knows the man’s true identity. Sometimes with Nate’s help this man even blesses the same person twice. One year a single mom was gifted $2,000. That same mom was given $10,000 a couple of years later.

Nate has been to over 350,000 homes to deliver gifts. One of these homes belonged to a man named Evan, who is a father of four. Evan was given a van to be able to transport his family around.
