Taylor Swift Is Filmed Calling Travis’ Father Ed Kelce ‘Dad’ At The Chiefs Vs. Ravens Game

After the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens on January 28, 2024, singer Taylor Swift joined Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on the field and the pair shared a kiss. The romantic moment went viral — one clip that has garnered a lot of attention is one that captured Taylor hugging Travis and Travis greeting her with, "What's up, sweetie?"

But it's not the only moment from the game that suggests that the couple's relationship might be getting serious. When Taylor met Travis on the field after the game, she was accompanied by his parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, and she reportedly referred to Ed as "dad."

While Taylor walked on the field with Travis' mom, Donna, they couldn't find Ed and Travis' older brother Jason. They began searching for them in the crowd and Taylor reportedly said, "Where’s — do we have a dad?" as per Page Six.

She found Ed, and as the group prepared to find Travis, Taylor said, "We have a dad, we have Jason,” to Donna, Page Six reported.

Though it appears as though Taylor has a good relationship with her boyfriend's family, Ed admitted that he didn't recognize Taylor when he first met her.

On Audacy’s 92.3 The Fan radio show, Ed explained that before home games, Travis' friends will meet up at his house then take a shuttle to the game.

Ed first met Taylor when she was at Travis' house before a game, and said that when he saw her, he said, "I know this kid, but I don’t know what her name is," Us Weekly reported. His girlfriend responded with, "You don’t know her? This is Taylor Swift, you idiot.”
