Tiger Woods and Erica Herman have ended their relationship, and now Herman has filed a lawsuit to nullify the NDA that she signed while the pair were together.
Lawyers for Herman have claimed the NDA is "invalid and unenforceable" and that she hopes to share "her own experiences." Herman's motion is also related to "photographs and recordings of herself" pertaining to "various legal claims she believes she has."
Herman's lawyers also say that their client needs clarity about the relationship in general. They added, "She is also currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom."
Herman has also filed a $30 million lawsuit against the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, which owns a home that she and Woods lived in together. Herman says that she was tricked into packing for a short trip and that she found out she was locked out of the home while at the airport.
On top of that, she was not allowed back into the home to collect her belongings. Herman further claims that people acting on behalf of the trust "misappropriated in excess of $40,000 in cash that belonged to her, making scurrilous and defamatory allegations about how she obtained the money."
