How far would you go to defend your friend who was treated wrong by a complete stranger? What's the worst thing you would do? One Dallas woman went far, and by far we mean she dished out revenge over 15 years.
Over 15 years, she spent time intentionally sabotaging one guy's life for spitting in her friend's face and calling her a name. Linda Solley Hurd posted a stitch to her TikTok explaining the incident. "This is genuinely unhinged," she captioned the post. "And I do have permission from his ex to share this."
She and a couple of friends went to a comedy show when they were in college. At the end of the show, one of her friends stood up to clap and accidentally knocked some guy's drink over, spilling it into his lap.
The man got furious and completely ignored her friend's apology. Instead, he spit in her face and called her a "stupid fat [expletive]." Her friend rushed to the bathroom while she stayed behind to confront the guy. "I'm screaming in this guy's face 'That's assault, you're disgusting, you're trash.'" The guy then calls Linda an ugly [expletive].

"We move on with our night, do not move on with our lives," Linda said, sharing that the next day she ended up finding the guy on Facebook. She ended up figuring out the shows that he was obsessed with. "This was back when the shows were airing and you'd get one a week and you would do anything to avoid the spoilers," she explained.
So she decided to search for all the spoilers to this guy's favorite shows. She made some fake Facebook accounts and messaged the guy spoilers "on a weekly basis" to frustrate him. "He would make these rage-filled statuses and tweets," she said, adding that he'd block her page and she'd just make new ones to continue sending spoilers.
Linda said that this went on for a couple months and then she kind of got over the grudge. That is until the next semester when she has a class with him in political science.
"He was devil's advocate for everything," she said. "Every trash opinion you could have, he has it." She realized how much she hated the guy, and one day when he was sharing a presentation, she caught a glimpse of a username that led her to his Reddit account.
She's able to see his interests on Reddit and continues messaging him via Facebook and spoiling things, but then moves on and forgets about him after a while. "I don't think about him for another 8 years, until I see a friend of a friend who is like an angel … they get engaged." Linda goes on to tell how she then visits the guys Reddit account and finds some "sinister stuff" on his account that she then shares with the fiancée via one of her fake Facebook pages.
"She breaks off the engagement, and last I checked … she's got beautiful children and a thriving business and seems to have a happy marriage," Linda said. "I don't know what the [expletive] he's doing, but yeah you shouldn't assault women and call them [expletive]."
Users in the comments jumped to share their opinions.
"You’ve been quietly dismantling this dumb man’s life for yearsssss ," one person wrote.
"Susi may not eat store bought pesto but you ATE that man’s existence ," another user commented in reply to the stitch.
