Ant Anstead Reveals He’s 30 Days Into A ‘Breakup Recovery Program’ Amid Split From Christina

Ant Anstead is trying to take care of himself as he processes his split from Flip or Flop star Christina Anstead.

Ant revealed what some of that looked like recently. In one of his few Instagram posts since the separation was announced, the Wheeler Dealers host let fans know he's in a program to heal his broken heart.

The program is called Create The Love, designed by human connection specialist Mark Groves. "Create The Love is a platform that guides you to design the life + love you've longed for, holding space for wherever you are in your journey," the website reads.

Ant has sung the praises of the program, calling it a "lifeline." But it's not the only thing he's participating in. He also recently shared his participation in a three-day-event called Rise Up Kings. The program is for businessmen who are interested in faith and fitness.

It seems like Ant is doing a lot of soul-searching following his and Christina's split.

Ant has been engaging in a lot of self-reflection since his breakup from wife Christina. Christina announced in September they were separating.

"Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate," she shared. "We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future."

Ant has kept relatively quiet throughout the breakup, but there have been a few hints that this wasn't what he wanted.

"Anyone who really knows me knows that I don't like to share private matters publicly," he wrote. "I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina's decision brings her happiness."

Still, the decision seems final and both Ant and Christina seem to be moving forward. For Ant, that's entailed a lot of soul searching. He's shared two programs he's participated in during his time of introspection.

Some have questioned why Ant is so suddenly devoted to bettering himself. Some have said it's because the breakup was due to something he did. Rumors of his infidelity have buzzed online, but there's nothing particularly substantiating to support that.

Others feel it's to recover from the shock of the situation, which was Christina's decision.

The first is a three-day program called Rise Up Kings. It's a fitness-style program that's also part faith-based retreat, exclusive to business owners. It aims to bring a clear roadmap for success in faith, family, fitness, and finance while providing a renewed sense of passion and fire for the men's personal and professional lives.

The second program Ant's turned to is all about moving on from a breakup. It's offered by Create The Love, a platform that guides you to design the life and love you've longed for, founded by human connection specialist Mark Groves.

The course he's talking about is called "The Breakup Recovery Recipe."

"Take your power back and use the pain from your breakup to transform your life," the site describes the program.

"There's no need to sound like a broken record and tell you what you already know: It's time to take control of your life. Look, you're here. You're heartbroken, and now, you get to decide: Let this heartbreak and ex steer the course of your life and hold you back from love, OR, take 100% control of your life and decide that this is going to be the moment where everything changed…and you finally said, IT'S TIME.

"You've probably also heard so many stories where people go from thinking they've lost 'the one,' to thriving and finding themselves and their partner when they had lost all hope. They did. So can you."

Ant revealed that he is 30 days into the five-week program.

"I am now on day 30 of this and I have to say it's been a lifeline for me!" she said. "If anyone out there needs this DO IT!"

Ant and Christina had been married for a little less than two years. Each of them has two children from their previous marriages, in addition to their son together, 13-month-old Hudson London. Ant has been capturing a lot of his fun with Hudson lately.

Ant recently shared some photos of the two at the beach. It seems Hudson's a true California boy who loves the surf and sand.

"Weekend water baby (Hudzo LOVES the beach) x," he captioned the shot.
