Blac Chyna And Rob Kardashian Will Head To Court To Fight Out 2017 Revenge Porn Claims

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are heading to court. The infamously acrimonious exes will face off in Los Angeles on June 20, 2022, over allegations that Kardashian shared "revenge porn" photos of Chyna back in 2017.

A judge denied Kardashian's request to enforce a settlement in the case, leaving the parties no choice but to move forward in court.

Chyna's lawyer Lynne Ciani says her client is more than ready. As she put it, "Chyna is very pleased that the trial judge denied Rob's motion to 'enforce' a settlement that never existed."

She continued, "Without a settlement, Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating revenge porn of her to millions of his Instagram followers without her consent."

The lawyer added, "Revenge porn is a very dangerous form of violence predominantly perpetrated against girls and women. Victims of revenge porn typically experience serious anxiety, shame, and helplessness. Some revenge porn victims have committed suicide. Rob Kardashian has never taken responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting revenge porn against Chyna in July 2017."
