Eight-year-old Jaxson Dempsey of Pennsylvania is already a real-life hero … and he has his own role model to thank.
The little boy was in the backseat of his dad's car, sitting beside his baby sister, Leila. Suddenly, Jaxson looked over and saw Leila choking on a chicken nugget while his father was driving.

Before their dad could even pull the car over, Jaxson was already performing the lifesaving techniques he'd learned on television.
