Can you believe it's already time for Halloween? This October seemed to go by so quickly. And that means that Thanksgiving and the winter holidays are just around the corner.
One of the best things about fall are the colors and the experiences. Whether it's taking a hayride outside or planning a Halloween party with your neighbors, there's plenty to do.
Looking for some fall inspiration? Sometimes, it's good to peek at what our favorite celebrities have been doing. And it seems like they're all about decor and family time. Here are some of the best fall moments from JoJo Siwa, Dax Shepard, and more.
1. Hoda Kotb
It's hard not to love Hoda Kotb's little family. Hoda adopted Haley Joy and Hope Catherine and is actively looking to have a third baby join her family with fiancé Joel Schiffman. Hoda decided to try her luck at trick-or-treating early this year, stating on Instagram that "no one answered the first 2 doors, but on the 3rd door we got a Reeses. #nevergiveup."
2. Kourtney Kardashian
It might be a little early for Kourtney Kardashian to reveal what her children will be dressed as this year, but Kourtney is still embracing the spooky holiday. Earlier in October, she posted a photo shoot she did that's filled with grim decor. And that includes two skeletons embracing. Sister Khloé was a fan, commenting, "I am dying at how stunning you are."
3. Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner is expecting a new bundle of joy pretty soon, but that doesn't mean she's skimping on making her home special for daughter Stormi. On Instagram, Kylie revealed that her house is filled with plenty of decor, from gourds to witches. She also showcased a picture of Halloween cupcakes, which it looks like Stormi helped make (and eat).
4. Zooey Deschanel
The former New Girl actress proved that she's not afraid of ghosts and goblins. Zooey shared a photo with Property Brothers star Jonathan Scott, and it appears the two went to a haunted attraction together.
"We take Halloween seriously you guys! Had the most fun (and scariest!) night at @unistudios for @horrornights," she wrote on Instagram. Hopefully, her two kids — whom she shares with ex-husband Jacob Pechenik — will have an equally great time trick-or-treating this year.
5. Dominique Moceanu
Former Olympic gymnast Dominique Moceanu gave her fans a lovely fall surprise. She and her husband are expecting their third child together! In her announcement photo, Dominique is holding a carved pumpkin with another pumpkin inside that reveals the number 3. Of course, she made sure to pay love and respect to those who are also navigating their own pregnancy journeys.
"To those facing challenges w/ pregnancy, please know we had a bumpy flight this time around & we're sending you love & positive vibrations," she said.
6. Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson had fun the other day celebrating with her little "pumpkin heads." Based on some adorable selfies she shared, it's pretty clear that she's embracing the fall holiday season. Kate's kids have it pretty great — not only do they have an incredible mom to help organize Halloween plans, but their grandmother is literally Goldie Hawn.
7. Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen got some great shots of her kids, Miles and Luna, at a pumpkin patch this year. Because they are so colorful, pumpkin patches during the daytime are a great place to get some memorable photos that'll last forever. Hopefully, these two were able to find some great gourds to paint and carve.
8. JoJo Siwa
OK, so technically it was a costume for Dancing With the Stars, but JoJo Siwa's Pennywise ensemble is so impressive that it deserves plenty of attention. If you think the costume is good, just check out the full dance. JoJo's always been a great sport about dressing up, and it's fun that she chose something so different from her standard bubbly and sweet personality.
9. Dax Shepard
When you have a rubber replica of your head, you might as well put it to good use — right? Dax happens to own one and decided to use it to add an extra spooky element to the home he shares with wife Kristen Bell and his two daughters, Lincoln and Delta. As Justin Long lovingly commented, this image can be best described as "Daxidermy."
10. Christina Haack
HGTV star Christina Haack seemed to pick out some pumpkins with her son Hudson, whom she shares with ex-husband Ant Anstead. Hudson shares a ton of similarities with his dad, who often shares plenty of their fun, non-Halloween-related adventures on Instagram. While it's unclear what Hudson is going to be for Halloween this year, it's safe to say that any choice will be adorable.
11. Nicky Hilton
Nicky Hilton didn't want to miss the pumpkin patch this year, and it's a good thing she didn't. Otherwise, her fans never would have gotten this adorable seasonal photo of her kids, Lily-Grace and Teddy. "My sweet little pumpkins!" she captioned the shot.
12. Patrick Mahomes
When he's not rocking it as the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes likes spending time with his family, fiancée Brittany Matthews and daughter Sterling Skye Mahomes. Brittany shared some adorable family photos on Instagram, showing their adventure at the outdoor pumpkin patch. Who knew a family could look so good posing next to corn?
13. Terra Jolé
Terra Jolé from Little Women: LA and Dancing With the Stars chose a pumpkin patch for her annual photos with kids Grayson and Penny. And the two couldn't be cuter.
"Happy Sunday everyone!" she wrote. "School photos – untraditional, but have you met us?! Love these two so much."
14. Ashley Tisdale
What's cuter than a baby in a pumpkin patch? A baby dressed up as a pumpkin in a pumpkin patch. High School Musical alum Ashley Tisdale took her daughter Jupiter Iris French to the local patch and made some incredibly adorable memories. Jupiter, who was born in March, is celebrating her first Halloween ever this year.
15. Stassi Schroeder
TV personality Stassi Schroeder is best known for Bravo's reality television series Vanderpump Rules. And, apparently, being very basic.
"We know, we're basic," Stassi joked in the caption of a sweet photo with husband Beau and baby Hartford Charlie Rose Clark. "Just accept it."
