Chick-Fil-A Employees Step In When Disabled Boy Is Bullied In Their Restaurant

It's never easy for kids to deal with bullies. No matter the situation, it hurts to feel like someone doesn't quite like you, especially when you're young.

Bullying is a huge issue throughout schools today, with kids starting out young and then escalating to social media once they get older.

While it's important for kids to know that they can stick up for themselves, it's always good for them to have someone else on their side, as well.

Take this little girl, for example. She found out that her younger sister was being bullied and decided to write a letter to the bullies in question. This letter was in the form of an invitation, but it wasn't a party that these girls were asked to.

Instead, they were invited to stop being jerks. You have to give it to her, the girl's got spirit!

Dealing with bullies can be especially difficult for a child with disabilities. It reminds me of Trevor, a little boy with Tourette's syndrome who decided to make a video so that his peers would understand his disease.

Like Trevor, Caleb Merriken suffers from a disease called spinal muscular atrophy. Merriken's illness las left him wheelchair-bound, and when he attended "Galaxy Night" at his local Chick-fil-A, the other kids wouldn't allow him to play in their group.

When his mother asked an employee for a lightsaber so that she could duel with her son, the workers did something incredible.
