Chrissy Teigen is known for her candidness on social media. She's never been afraid to speak her mind and reveal what her life is really like, which is why it's not surprising that she posted a photo of herself breastfeeding recently.
But some people weren't too happy about the photo. They called it narcissistic and inappropriate, among other things.
Chrissy is a celebrity with 18 million Instagram followers, so you know, haters gonna hate. But Chrissy Teigen is not one to be crossed. Nope; she almost always has a comeback that will embarrass you like you haven't been embarrassed since seventh grade.
Chrissy's response to the breastfeeding criticism is hilarious, but it's more than that, too. It also sends an important, empowering message to fellow moms that breastfeeding doesn't need to be censored. It's totally normal.
The 32-year-old just gave birth to her youngest child and first son, Miles, in May.
And just like she did throughout her whole pregnancy — and entire life, for that matter — the model and cookbook author is keeping it really real about having a newborn.
On Sunday, Chrissy shared a photo of herself breastfeeding the baby as well as one of Luna's baby dolls, per Luna's orders.
"Luna making me feed her babydoll so I guess I have twins now," Chrissy captioned the photo. It's an adorable, funny, and charming photo, like most of Chrissy's posts.
Because we can never just have nice things, though, some users were deeply offended by Chrissy's blatant breastfeeding photo.
They think breastfeeding is so private that it should be done in secret.
"Menstruating, childbirth and sex are natural, too, but that doesn't mean I want to see pics of it and/or celebrities like @chrissyteigen taking a bath or nursing," one person tweeted.

To which Chrissy said: "Calm your tits."

In response to accusations that she's being "narcissistic" by posting photos of herself doing something private, Chrissy had another classy retort.

People could not get enough of Chrissy's comebacks.

It'll be available for purchase soon. (Not really, but we wish.)

Meanwhile, Chrissy will continue minding her fabulous mother-of-two business.
With hubby John Legend and their children: the two most adorable kids on the planet.
AKA 2-year-old Luna and newborn son Miles.
Chrissy has always been incredibly open about her life on social media, which is — duh! — why we love her.
Never change, Chrissy!
Other female celebrities have been extremely open about breastfeeding in public, too, both before and after Chrissy's time.
Gisele Bündchen, for example, posted this frankly amazing photo back in 2013.
In the same year, Kristen Bell – another mom known for her candidness – posted this very real photo of her breast pumping set-up backstage.

And celeb mom extraordinaire Kourtney Kardashian posted this all-too-real snapshot in 2015. The caption?
"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas."
Kristin Cavallari posted a photo of her own breast-pumping setup while on a book tour.
And Gwen Stefani posted this photo of her son Apollo, casually latched onto her boob in Switzerland in 2014.
Some celebrities have also posted photos in honor of National Breastfeeding Week, which happens every August.
Like P!nk.
And Alyssa Milano.
And others just post candid breastfeeding photos to keep it real with their fans, like this photo of Liv Tyler.
"Sunday morning snuggles with my baby girl," Liv wrote. "So grateful for this precious gift."
Thandie Kay photographed herself breastfeeding her baby while at Latitude Fest.
"This is what my body is made for. And the rest is my choice," she captioned the photo.
And Padma Lakshmi posted this ode to working moms everywhere.
Lots of other celebrities have been vocal about the reality of breastfeeding without posting any intimate footage.
Serena Williams, for example, opened up earlier this year about her decision to quit breastfeeding in order to avoid losing weight before competitions.
And when Selma Blair's son Arthur was young, she told People all about her thoughts on public breastfeeding.
"We all have nipples," she said. "I don’t care who I offend; my baby wants to eat. If I can’t get a cover over me quick enough, so be it."
As you can see, Chrissy Teigen is far from alone. For as long as woman have boobs and babies need milk, women will be breastfeeding in public and refusing to take any crap about it.
