‘Fuller House’ Star Jodie Sweetin Marries Longtime Love Mescal Wasilewski In Malibu

Jodie Sweetin is a married woman!

On Saturday, Jodie married her longtime love, social worker Mescal Wasilewski, after announcing their engagement back in January. The couple tied the knot at a private home in Malibu. Jodie's friends, family, and Fuller House castmates were in attendance.

"I know I have the right partner for the rest of whatever life brings me," Jodie told People. "And I couldn't be more grateful."

In addition to the likes of Candace Cameron Bure and John Stamos, Jodie's two daughters were also present. Zoie, 14, and Beatrix, 11, stood beside their mom as she wed her longtime partner. The two reportedly wrote their own vows to read at the intimate ceremony.

Jodie wore a dress from Lili Bridal and chose a Neil Lane 1/3-carat diamond contour wedding band. Mescal selected a white gold band. In a sweet gesture, Jodie and her new husband gave her daughters matching yellow gold and diamond Kay Jewelers Circle of Gratitude necklaces to represent their new blended family.

After the ceremony, the vibe was relaxed. Fifty guests feasted on tacos from Border Grill, a small cake, and other desserts.

"I didn't want it to be fussy," Jodie said of the celebration. "The look is very organic and natural. It's just about good food and good friends — and twinkle lights!"

Jodie really feels like she's found her person. She and Mescal met back in 2017. He was living in New York but eventually moved to LA to be with her. "All the pieces just fell into place," the actress explained of their romance.

"Mescal makes me feel absolutely comfortable and secure to shine as bright as I need to," she says. "He steps up and shows up for my girls. And we harmonize so well. He's really the best teammate I could ask for."

Mescal clearly feels the same way. He shared the People cover photo of the pair walking down the aisle on Instagram. In the caption, he wrote of his joy at marrying Jodie. "Yesterday I married the love of my life," he shared. "Today I turned 52. Pretty awesome birthday gift, waking up next to my wife."
