It’s the beginning of a new school year, which means many young adults are off to college for the first time. Instead of posting a traditional back-to-school post, actress Kate Hudson posted a video of her two oldest children, Ryder and Bingham, rocking out on the drums and guitar before Ryder heads off to college. Kids grow up so fast.
It is evident from the video that Kate adores being a mother. She can be heard in the background laughing and enjoying her intimate concert. She can also be heard saying, “I love you guys.”
Kate captioned the post, “My boys What more could a mom ask for other than boys who play rock and are hilarious at the same time ✅ @mr.ryderrobinson what a good big brother. We’re gonna miss you big time .”
Ryder and Bingham come by their rock 'n' roll talents naturally. Kate shares Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson. Chris is the lead singer of the band The Black Crowes. Kate shares Bingham with ex-fiancé Matt Bellamy. Matt is a member of the band Muse. Kate also has a daughter named Rani with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.
Kate has not ruled out having more children. She once stated on the Today show, "I always thought I’d have four to six kids.” She went on to clarify, "That was like, when I was really little, I thought that. When you come from a big family … you either don't want kids or you want a lot of kids. So I always thought I'd have [more kids]." She stated on Ellen in 2020, "Right now, Rani's in that place where you're like, 'I want another baby.'" Time will tell if Kate and Danny decide to have more kids.
