In life, there are plenty of things that we take for granted. And one of those might just happen to be a clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, not every person — and certainly not every child — has a bed frame, mattress, and bedding to call their own. Or if they do, their sleep setup might not be the most sanitary.
But someone has decided to step up and do something about it.
Recently, Ashley Furniture HomeStore and the Dallas Cowboys teamed up to give 100 kids the chance to have a giant sleepover on the field of the team's NFL stadium. And while these underprivileged kids were excited for a night of fun, they had no idea that an amazing surprise awaited them at the end of the event.
Not only did they get to sleep on a brand-new bed in the stadium, but they also got to keep those beds!

Recently, Mary Ann Downey Kirby posted pictures of this incredible event on Facebook, writing: "In just a couple of hours, 100 kids will be coming to the AT&T Stadium for a giant sleepover.
"Little do they know, they get to keep their beds."
She goes on to explain, "These kids don't have beds of their own… and now they will.
"I'll be the one standing off to the side, bawling."
The kids were each treated to a teddy bear, a football, and plenty of Dallas Cowboys swag.
And, of course, they had a brand-new bed that they could now call their own!
Not only did the kids finally have a crucial piece of furniture to take home, but they also got to have an amazing night of fun.
They played games, danced, ate pizza, watched movies, and got to hang out with players and cheerleaders from the Dallas Cowboys.
Thanks to the efforts of Ashley Furniture HomeStore and the Dallas Cowboys, this massive sleepover quickly put a smile on the faces of these 100 incredible children.
Ashley Furniture HomeStore's Hope to Dream program is working to ensure "every child around the world has a clean, unused mattress set to call their own."
Through their website, people can submit the names of underprivileged children they know who might be in need of a bed.
While many have never had to worry about sleeping on a clean and comfortable mattress, 100 more kids can now know that luxury as well.
This life-changing program truly is making a difference in the lives of those who need it most!
