Some of the most beautiful things in life can come from some of our biggest and most devastating tragedies.
It can be hard to see the light when your heart is hurting, or when you have experienced a great loss. While it can take time before you are able to change your perspective, when you do, it can change your life and the lives of those around you.
When 20-year-old Maddie passed away after struggling with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalis her entire life, her family was left with the memory of her sweet personality and her big beautiful smile.
Rather than let her memory slowly fade away, they became inspired to share that same smile with everyone they could.
By sharing random acts of kindness, making people smile and inspiring others to join in, they launched the Maddie Smiles Team and hope to raise money for the Riley Hospital for Children's Cancer Center.
When they saw Ellen's #JustKeepDancing challenge, they knew they'd found the perfect way to make a TON of people smile!
With the help of other children, dance groups and many others, they made this amazing video that will have you smiling from ear to ear!
