According to a Colorado-based pediatrician and father, 8-year-old girls are what he deems the "highest form of humanity." In a two-part video posted on TikTok, Michael Milobsky, MD, shares his opinion about why he believes this to be true.
Dr. Milobsky starts off his video saying, "I spend all day dealing and talking to and interacting with people of all ages, from newborns to young adults, and I just have to say in my own experience as a pediatrician and parent of seven, the highest form of humanity are 8-year-old girls."
He goes on to describe 8-year-old girls as "magnanimous," "sympathetic," "empathetic," and "emotionally mature." Milobsky adds, "They love to help, they love to give, they love to do for others, they're accepting of everybody, they're the ones who see the sign for the lost cat and want to go find it. They're just the best people."

He went on to say that he believes Congress should be made up of 8-year-old girls. And surprisingly enough, many of his followers absolutely agreed.
"And you just explained without apology why I have taught Second Grade for 27 years. They are magical beings. ❤️ ," one user commented.
"I have a perfect, kind hearted 8 year old girl and what you say is true. they would find world peace ," another one added.
Though many people agreed with him about the girls, of course some people wondered why he'd left out 8-year-old boys. Milobsky made a second video for 8-year-old boys specifically, stating that it wasn't his intentions to leave them out.
He says, "8-year-old boys' superpower is intense collaboration to accomplish something. 8-year-old boys are out there in the neighborhood with packs of bicycles going to do something and accomplish something and have an experience or have an adventure."
Milobsky adds that if 8-year-old girls should be running Congress, then 8-year-old boys should be running the Army Corps of Engineers. "Give them a river to cross, give them a bridge to build. You get enough 8-year-old boys together, they will figure it out."
Users chimed in to show agreeance with this stance as well.
"I back both statements. I say this as a 3rd grade teacher. This age is so great!" one person commented.
"Yes!! 8-year old girls and boys!! ," another one said.
The father of seven has perhaps proposed what seems to be a sweet spot, and many agreed that 8 years old is in fact an age where children are reaching maturity while still retaining their innocent, child-like traits. A user commented on Milobsky's initial video, "I feel like 8 is that sweet spot where they’ve aged out of absolute self-centeredness but this sexist world hasn’t ground the whimsy out of them yet."
